About Us

Rick and Kate live on the property, along with their dog Keyla and cats Merlin and Sunny, and are deeply passionate about animal welfare. Kate’s lifelong love of animals led her to volunteer work at the Cincinnati Zoo and also a local animal shelter, where she gained invaluable experience in animal care. Rick brings his business expertise as the owner of a successful painting company to ensure that every aspect of your pet’s stay is top-notch. Mars, our kennel manager, graduated from a program in vet assisting, has a passion for all creatures and enjoys helping with training and showing dogs when time permits. Mars takes care of most of the scheduling and is the friendly voice you hear on the phone.

Located just a bark away, Rick and Kate are always nearby to provide personal attention and care. We understand that leaving your pet can be tough, which is why we offer extra services like individual cuddle time and exercise sessions to keep tails wagging and whiskers purring.
